Maria's School of Dance Studio Recital 2026
All Dress Rehearsal and Recital Dates are pending contract approval.
MANDATORY DRESS REHEARSALS: Students not attending dress rehearsal will not be allowed to perform in the recital.
Dress Rehearsal Schedule Please arrive 45 minutes ahead of scheduled time in full costume with hair and make-up done. The rehearsal will be at Fowlerville High School, 7677 W. Sharpe Road, Fowlerville 48836. Please enter through door 20.
Classes at the studio end on Saturday, May 23, 2026 before dress rehearsal begins on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Every class will be assigned a time for their dress rehearsal on one of the following days: Tuesday, May 26th between 4:00 and 9:00 pm; Wednesday, May 27th between 4:00-9:00 pm; Thursday, May 28th between 4:00 and 9:00 pm; and Monday, June 1st between 4:00 and 9:00 pm.
RECITAL PICTURES (Preparing for Picture Day) (Price List ): Both group and individual picture will be taken at dress rehearsal. Order forms will be emailed to all families. Any dancer may have individual pictures taken at any point during dress rehearsal picture time. They can come early and have all costumes done back to back or do their individual pictures before their group dance. It is highly recommended having individual pictures done before going on stage for dress rehearsal. Please allow extra time for this.
RECITAL VIDEO: There will be a professional videographer at each of the recitals. ONLY the professional may video during the recitals.
RECITAL VIDEO FEES
Artistic Videos, MSD’s videographer, changed their contract starting with the 2024 recital year. They have moved to a digital download platform. As such they require a $30 charge per student (NOT per family). Each student will receive a link to the digital download for all 3 recitals. Students may NOT opt out of this charge. The $30 per student video fee will be added to each student’s accounts February 1, 2026. These fees must be paid in full by April 1, 2026. There will not be a late fee assessed until after April 1st. Students wishing to purchase DVD’s may still do so for an additional cost on Artistic Videos' website or at the recital.
RECITAL TICKETS: Recital tickets wlll go on sale in May, 2026. Please enter through the back parking lot door and exit through the Fowlerville Road door. There will be an individual line for each show. Account balances must be paid in full in order to purchase tickets. Seats will be numbered so be sure to know exactly how many tickets you need ahead of time. Ticket sales will continue during normal studio desk hours after the initial day of sales. Advance sale tickets are TBD. Ticket cost during recitals is TBD.
RECITALS: All shows will be at 7 pm at the Alverson Center for Peforming Arts at Fowlerville High School (pending contract approval)
